Yaroslav Askarov Is The Best Goalie On The Planet!!

Prove me wrong!

I mean his last 5 games speak for themselves and is now turning into an everyday goalie on this stretch he has had below.

His defense has not helped him out at all, during this has been a monster and unstoppable and single handedly kept the Sharks in every game. It’s been great and awesome to watch. Sharks are a fun team again and starting to see old Sharks consistent of the past and better! What is there not to like with this young core, with not only the goalie stepping up, offense core and just need the young defenders to now take the next step.

They are exciting and fun to watch again, they were fun last year since there were zero expectations for them. At least should have been and Mike Grier turned this franchise around with all his moves and the right ones. Especially with goalie, getting Askarov last season, I of course wanted him to play but now so glad we didn’t throw him into the wolves with that bad team last season. This season I love it and watching the team grow and get better each game.

I know they didn’t get the win last night but for anyone who watched the game knows that game was not on him obviously having 14 shots on goal with 2 minutes left in the game isn’t going to cut it at all. First offensive let down in a while and defense as well, but mostly offense. That was a game against a team that was worse than us and cannot afford to lose those games.

Only one game and not overreacting at all, this season was to be house money in my opinion, this was a progression year and improvement year. Which they have thus far and it’s been great. Making the playoffs was bonus now I hope they do.

But, yada yada yada with that being said YAROSLAV ASKAROV IS THE BEST GOALIE ON THE PLANET RIGHT NOW! As I have said before 70 percent of the earth is covered by water. The rest… is covered by Yaroslav Askarov!
